I received the wrong product. I ordered Naysa 2 waterproof HD matte lipstick pencils, but I received Huda Beauty matte liquid lip gloss instead. I would like a refund of the product, which costs Rs. 796. Please process the refund for this amount.

I have ordered from this site an the concerned person is asking me to send a screenshot and save number. I have ordered perfumes but this does not seem authentic..
