Uniloat heavily promotes their premium and high-quality products online, but once an unsuspecting customer makes a purchase, they deliver the wrong product. On the 5th of July, 2023, I placed an order for the EvoShaveTM Mini Portable Electric Shaver for Men under order number #UN45660. I chose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method due to my skepticism about the product. When the order arrived via DTDC courier with consignment number 116029438, I accepted it and attempted to open the package in the presence of the delivery person. However, he insisted that I could inspect the product later as he was in a hurry. I paid for the order, and upon opening the package, I discovered that it contained the incorrect product.

Unfortunately, the delivery person had already disappeared, and his phone was unreachable. I promptly filed a complaint with the company regarding the incorrect product, but I have not received any response from them. I urge others to refrain from ordering from UNILOAT as they are a fraudulent company that deceives customers by delivering incorrect products.
