Super Deals – The Mosquito Zapper was delivered without a Power Adaptor and Instruction Manual, making it impossible to use. As a result, I’m requesting a refund of the Rs. 2,999 paid in cash on delivery (COD) to Blue Dart.

Ordered Mosquito Zapper for which Order#Mosquito Killer2533 was confirmed on 06/10/2023 for COD of Rs. 2,999. On 09/10/2023 as intimated by ShipRocket, vide AWB # 80310627703 Blue Dart delivered the packet and were paid Rs. 2,999 as COD. However, on opening the packet did not contain the Power Adaptor and Manual for the device. Immediately Complaint was Emailed to support@onlineshopstores.co.in asking them to Refund Rs. 2,999 and take back the Device. There was no acknoledgement or reply even to a reminder sent. Further on searching the internet for equivalents to the Mosquito Zapper ordered by me, I find that the identically same item is available from well known portals like Amazon and India Mart at between Rs. 300 and Rs. 600. You are requested to immediately refund me Rs. 2,999 and coolect the Device. Clearly I have been cheated in multiple ways: a) not delivered the Adaptor and Manual b) unable to use c) filed complaint at the Customer Care Email ID mentioned on the label pasted on the packet d) no reply or even an acknowledgement received till date d) meanwhile on your Portal there are multiple Customer Complaints posted reporting failure of the Mosquito Zapper to kill mosquitos e) there is no justification for a price of Rs. 2,999 to be paid when the same item is available elsewhere at one- tenth of this price. Your Company must Blacklist Vendors like Super Deals and onlineshopstores.co.in who are out to swindle unsuspecting on-line Customers. Wore would be if they could get away with such practices if Organisations like yours do not act to discipline such players. Otherwise the ecosystem of on-line Digital Commerce will get a bad name. Needless to say this will also have a negative impact on Complacenciaa’s image as a reliable intermediary. I trust you will take immediate remedial action and arrange to refund me rs. 2,999 paid in good faith.

I take membership for 3 years package. They give me a 24Days/23 nights. They deducted amount 52000/- from my credit card and said it’s 0% EMI interest rate but it’s totally false. Bank charges 15% interest rate. They said if you want to book a hotel room first you pay 6999rs/- for the maintenance charge after you book hotel room otherwise you have not book. It’s a totally fake. Please refund my amount 52000/-.

I had ordered one one unit of ProRelax machine @rs,2999 & the same was shipped via BLUEDART, Invoice no.Retail 216705 dated 2023-07-20. This unit was shipped without Manual of Instructions & other essential items to justify the claim __ that it is KNEE MASSAGER. It appears a shoddy deal & wastage of money.
i want it to be taken back on RETURN POLICY & RETURN MY MONEY

On July 7, 2023, I placed a prepaid order on citymall. Order was supposed to be delivered on July 9,but it hasn’t been delivered as of today July 21. There is no way to contact customer care service representative.
My order can not be cancelled on the app. They did not respond to my email. My money has been held hostage by them. My Order id is 33993837. Please assist me in solving this problem as quickly as you can.
