I ordered Mosquito Killer on 4th August 2023. I received the product on 5th August 2023 and I paid Rs.2999 in cash to the courier guy. After checking the product I found out that it is not working. Another thing I found out that the same product is available for around Rs.300 to Rs 400 on Amazon. After contacting Complacenciaa on their customer service number they asked me to install an app called ist light, which I think is an app used for fraud. So, please kindly look into the matter and get my refund. Thank you

I paid the full 17999 by credit card on August 17, 2023, when I bought the world map.
But these cretins and con artists still haven’t sent my product. Leave a message about the product; they don’t return calls or messages.
They are a sizable fraud organization. This needs to be reported to the cybercrime and crime branch right away.
Through their rosy website, they have stolen thousands of customers in this way without delivering any goods.
Once they have your money, they simply ignore you and don’t come back to you.
And their primary goal is to defraud customers by failing to deliver products after receiving payment by displaying products online.
