This incident happened on 24th feb around 6pm.
Me and my younger cousin were entering in social in sector 7 Chandigarh where we were asked to put on masks but unfortunately my younger brother doesn’t has a mask he try to put on his hanky on his face while we were entering Social but the security guard lucky (don’t know his full name) stopes and said there is no stag entry allowed please go away and this misbehave is he was really rude with his voice and we feel very insulted

1 visited Mall of the Emirates in the evening around 8:45pm. I ordered for 4 French Vanillas, 2 Donuts (the cashier informed me about the appealing promo of buying 2 donuts for the price of 1, and I was obviously appealed by the promo, so I purchased 4 Donuts) and 1 Sandwich. On scanning the barcode on the app, I received rewards for the sandwich, however, the rewards for the French Vanillas was not added. Hence, I went to the counter to enquire about my reward and the cashier told me to wait for a while since it may still be loading. So I waited, finished having all that I purchased and yet didn’t receive the reward. So I went to the cashier once again and she said that its probably because of the offer on the donut that I didn’t receive my reward. So I asked her why she didn’t inform me about this earlier when she advertised about the promo, to which she replied that she had no idea about it. My point here is that the donut does not even cost half the price of a French Vanilla, and my rewards on french vanilla was declined? I did not even need those extra donuts, but since the cashier advertised about the promo, I decided to take it. I had brought my parents and siblings to try out Tim Hortons since I’m a huge fan of it. I’ve always advertised Tim Hortons on social media as well asking my followers to try it out. However, I was almost about to uninstall the app out of furiosity, after what happened.

my Membership no.is TT00000437 date 22.06.2023 at Manali under your sale manager Akash Rathore and Urmila Sexsena. They undue influence me and my wife to make aggreement with your company by misrepresentation about the future benefits. They said they sent mail to me after that you can accept or reject the agreement when you received a confirmation call within 72 hours. I reject the agreement on receiving a call from your side. There was a lady on the other side.She told me that they would resolve the issue by sending me mail and promise me to make call today. But till now i received no mail or confirmation call from your side. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Thanks
