Lovely Professional University (Distance Education) My name is Manuj Batra and my registration number is 21400020093 with LPU-DE. I am a student of MBA program and my complaint is regarding WRONG EXAMINATION PATTERN IN DMGT 504 EXAM OF JUNE 2016 TERM. As per the LPU-DE guidelines only 2 analytical and 8 descriptive questions will come in a exam under 10 marks questions section but in the exam of DMGT 504 i.e. Operations Research of this June 2016 examination, this thing did not happen. In this exam, 5 analytical questions and 5 descriptive questions had come which was against the examination pattern provided by the LPU-DE to the students at LPU E-Connect. I have filled the discrepancy of this in the exam but nothing happened regarding it. I have prepared the descriptive questions for this exam but due to 5 analytical questions which came in the exam against the examination pattern, i got failed, only 19 marks out of 80 were given to me, i have sent the revaluation request, paid the fee for it but no grace marks were given to me, only 1 mark got increased. Now, my score in this exam is 20 out of 80. While giving this exam, i talked with the coordinator, he told me just to fill the discrepancy as the exam did not come as per the university pattern, which i did but nothing has happened regarding it. They have Failed me unnecessarily. I have lodged a complaint in the university but instead of providing me the resolution, they have harassed me and exploited me by misbehaving with me and by asking bribe from me. The examination department people have asked bribe from me to get me pass in this exam but i refuse to pay them so they have not done anything regarding my complaint and they refuse to provide me my original Detailed Marks Sheet and my MBA Degree. Kindly, file a case against them. I want justice.

It is deeply disappointing to bring to attention that even after so many requests, the road in front of House number 3451, Block G in Ansal Sushant City Panipat is not being repaired. The road is in a poor state of repair. There are pits and ditches on the road everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worse during rains. Heavy loaded trucks are on the road 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dust is present at all times. It has been more than a year that the road was completely broken for putting the sewage pipes but since then the road has not been fixed.
Maintenance charges are being paid, but road is not being repaired. The construction of the road has also been approved, as informed, but no action has been taken yet.
All the roads of Ansal Sushant City, Panipat are being constructed but the construction of our road is being completely neglected.
Repair of the road is our main concern. Talking about other facilities too the guards never come on duty in daytime and also do not come regularly in the night. The street lights do not work. A few months ago, a thief also came to our house. We reported the incident but still no major action was taken.
It’s a kind request, please get the road repaired as soon as possible and provide us with some relief. Looking forward to a prompt response!

From last 10 days there is dust dumped on the road. As there are small kids in our colony its not good, and all the pigs and dogs are coming and making the place dirty and its not good for the health of our colony members. So I, request you to please clear this dirt.
