My husband was craving makki ki roti and sarson ka saag on Nov 27th 2017 night, and we decided to order in from the popular Kapoor’s cafe at HSR, through Swiggy at around 7:30 p.m.
The delivery arrived by around 8:15 p.m. and we immediately started serving the saag, dal and makki roti into our plates. Unfortunately, the saag was spoilt and had a rotten stench to it. One of our guests tasted it a bit and confirmed it.
On calling up to check on it, the restaurant staff responded very poorly, let alone in an apologetic way, and mentioned that the same saag was ordered and appreciated by around 20 or 25 tables, and that it doesn’t rot even after a month as they store it well. He said he would go check on it and get back to us, but never got back.
Two plates of the saag and a waste of 600/-.
Makki roti and Dhabe ka Dal were good though. I wouldn’t recommend this place mainly for their poor customer service and irresponsibility.

My order number, 19516, is for 867 rupees. I paid for the foodilo dry fruits online on January 2, 2024, but I haven’t received them yet. I’ve also been unable to locate the support address in the emails Radhe Enterprises sent me to reply to, so please refund my money. If you don’t, I’ll file a complaint with the cyber crime department against this company.

Website for fraud is the worst.I paid for a cake on September 16th, 2023, and I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver the cake and would refund my money.
but they have yet to send my money.
Please don’t order cake from this scam website and save your money.
