I have faced deception from this gym regarding a refund amount. They charged me quarterly membership payment in advance on June 29, 2021, for the period from July to September 2021. However, they abruptly closed the gym on July 22, 2022, without any notice, informing me that they would refund the remaining balance by the end of July. Later, on July 31, they claimed that GST had been deducted for all three months. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have not refunded the balance amount of 40 days. They consistently provide excuses about their CA being out of town. Attached are screenshots for reference. Please investigate this matter.

I placed an order with Super Deals for a “ProRelaxa1742” knee massager worth Rs. 2999/-. However, upon receiving the package on April 19, 2023, I discovered that I received a damaged “Finger Hand Massager” instead, which is not what I ordered. I immediately reported this issue but received no response.
Kindly assist with either:
- Replacing the product with a defect-free “ProRelax Knee Massager,” or
