I purchased a fitso swimming membership for my child via the Fitos Swimming App. They accepted the payment without notifying me that the pool was not operational. It has been 20 days since the pool remains closed, and they have not refunded my amount. I would like a refund of Rs. 7400 as I do not wish to keep extending the membership due to the pool’s continued closure.
