I have ordered pet food through their website https://www.thepetcare.in on [Protected] for amount Rs. 8633, (order number #5929) which was credited to RAZ*petzoo tech pvt ltd, Hyderabad. But until 02-08-2022, the product was not dispatched. During enquiry through whatsapp, (They wont pick the call on the customer care number given in their website, the number is out of service but active in whatsapp).
Tthe person texted in threatening way to further delay the order. So i have requested to cancel the order (They don’t have facility to cancel the order on our own), and they cancelled it and sent email which stated that my order has been cancelled and refunded. But it was not credited to my credit card account till date.
When contacting through whatsapp and emails repeatedly, they are not giving refund ID or reference number. They asked me (whatsapp) to raise dispute with razorpay for getting refund. But Razorpay clearly stated that the merchant didn’t do refund and the merchant is at fault. Even after repeated requests through emails and whatsapp messages, they have not refunded till today. The person who send email threatens that i would never get refund. Their address given in the website and Google pages also fake.

I erred by failing to read customer reviews before placing my first order on this website.
theft for 6000 rupees.No one returns calls or Whatsapp messages, and the phone number you try to call displays as invalid. In essence, this website was created solely as a means of fraud.
Don’t be fooled by their prices, which appear to be reasonable. Its purpose is to trick customers into paying for products that they will never receive. P.S.
If necessary, I can provide screenshots of the entire chat conversations as proof.

I am appalled that a company by the name of Professional Parking Management is allowed to conduct business in the City of Coral Gables. I parked my car in a lot located at 1549 Sunset Drive, Coral Gables FL 33143 on 3/6/23 and have just received a bill from Professional Parking Management in spite of the fact that I paid for parking using Pay by Phone. The company is charging $38.00 and if not paid in 30 days increases it to $75.00 with a threat to boot or tow my car. There are many complaints about this company with the Better Business Bureau who gives them a rating of “F”. I plan to file a complaint with the City of Coral Gables, South Miami and the Florida Attorney General about their egregious, outrageous business practices. I would caution against anyone parking in a lot that employs Professional Parking Management since I have read over and over that disputing a parking fee with them is frustratingly impossible. I will however do my best to give this mafia like company a penny.

Deliver of order number 369702 made on 1st Jan 2022 is not yet delivered as on 12/05/2023. There is no response to tickets opened. No reply to messages. Order value over 1000 rupees. I haven’t received my products neither the amount which I paid nor any reply from them. Even tried to contact though email but its of no use.
Many complaints seem to be not answered
