T mobile – New Cell phone does not work as it should

I recently purchased a new Sony Galaxy Z Flip phone 4, which cost me approximately $1,000. After having it for about a week, I encountered a significant issue with the camera. The camera consistently produced blurry and out-of-focus pictures, despite my attempts to troubleshoot the problem.

In an effort to address this issue, I reached out to T-Mobile for assistance. To my frustration, their response was that the phone itself was in good working condition, and any issues were due to operator error. This response left me quite upset, as I believed the problem to be with the phone’s functionality.

I requested a refund for the phone, but I was informed that this was not possible. Additionally, when I inquired about returning the phone, I was informed that there would be a $100 restocking fee. I found this fee to be unfair, especially after spending $1,000 on the phone, and I was disappointed that they were unwilling to refund my money or allow me to keep my previous phone.

I asked if there were any other options or solutions, but T-Mobile suggested that I visit another store where they could teach me how to use the phone. It was disheartening to find that while T-Mobile had been accommodating during the purchase process, they were less helpful when it came to resolving the issues I was facing with the phone.

I am complaining about a debt order I never got informed about nor agreed to but every month my money is debited which is super annoying. And can’t even reverse it. Don’t even know how they got access to my account I think they are scammmers I’ve seen a lot of people saying the same. They need to stop robbing us, it’s super unfair and there’s no service rendered but one is losing

This website is a trading website they demanded 7000 i paid then they 40000 i paid then for one task they wanted 120000 and i completed all tasks which is given by the teacher Ayaan and the receptionist’s name is Anitha Verma group Al influencer. My loss is 187000.
Please recover my money and help me to solve this problem Nowadays I am in big trouble. Date of incident is 26 oct 2023.
the problem i told to everyone in the related group but did not solve. I file 3 complaints in cybercrime also. but no solution there side also.
