I joined Fitso on December 1, 2022, in order to join the gym.
I paid Rs. 20,000 for a membership each year.
I learned that Fitso has stopped offering gym services on December 9th, 2022.
I’m utterly astonished by Fitso’s unethical and unprofessional actions.
My twelve thousand had been spent after only five gym appointments.
If they had known that the gym service will end on December 9, 2022, wouldn’t they have needed to inform everyone of this?
These fraudulent start-ups are defrauding customers and stealing their money on the basis of untrue promises.
Please advise me where to file this complaint in order to obtain justice, as well as any relevant information.
