I had ordered smartwatch with order ID MaxFitPro4874 (smartwatch) on 17/Dec/2022. I received the product on 20/Dec/2022 at 1.24 pm through bluedart. Tracking ID of the product is 80047654820. The product costed me Rs. 3000 which I paid in cash. Since 18/Dec/2022 I am trying to return the product as the product is faulty. But unfortunately there is no provision to return the product or apply for refund. I want to return the product and get refund for the same.

Photon F was the machine we ordered but we got something cheap and not of proper quality. It’s not working. We don’t know how to refund.. the machine they sent is mosquito zapper and it is available for 300rs. We paid 2999 rs as waste. Now don’t know how to refund.
