I bought a premium membership from The Park Privier Hospitality Pvt. Ltd 20 months ago, and my initial experience was positive. However, during my second booking, they cited blackout days as a reason for not providing a reservation. After numerous follow-ups via email, they eventually arranged a hotel booking in Udaipur. Despite no specified season restrictions in my membership, there were multiple email exchanges regarding blackout days.

For my recent third-time booking request, they took 7 days to respond and offered only one option. The company only provides a customer care number, but they are unable to resolve queries effectively. When requesting to connect with the booking department or requesting a call back, customer care executives refused, stating there is no system for direct communication with the booking department. Any queries are addressed via email, taking 48 hours for a response as per customer care.

During the membership sale, they showcase 4-star/5-star properties and resorts in brochures, claiming tie-ups with Mayat, Hilton, Welcome, JW Marriott, and ITC Group. However, they only provide bookings for 3-star properties. I specifically need reservations for 4-star or 5-star properties with all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and free pick-up and drop-offs as per my membership letter.

Management advice: First, display 3-star properties during membership sales if unable to provide 4-star and 5-star options. Second, implement a system for customers to communicate directly with booking personnel for a more convenient and hassle-free experience. Relying solely on email may not be comfortable for all age groups. Improving these aspects will undoubtedly enhance the company’s standing among competitors.

I hope Park Priviera management considers this feedback constructively and ensures that future bookings align with the commitments stated in the membership letter for a hassle-free experience.
