In the month of June, I reserved 7 bikes and put down 8,000 as a security deposit.
They promised to refund me at the time after 15 days, but this time (after a month) they haven’t.
I called them repeatedly while remaining on hold and did not hang up. they provided a few days, but they didn’t respond on that day.

Went to Lulu for grocery. Outside lulu, there a taxi waiting in line. I put my grocery at back side of car. Driver did not help me. Doesn’t know location of my destination so I let him borrow phone for Google Maps. All is fine until I saw him drinking chai while driving. Then at some point, he accelerated to much, my phone flew to the floor. to the other side of passenger seat. What I want to complain is this drinking while driving. What if his chai spill to my phone? As well, he did not take care of my phone. He let it fall, telling there is no damage. My camera lens could have been scratched. How can he know when its already night time? He did not even apologize. Also, him drinking chai can cause accident to me. Not attentive to the road. This behaviour is not fit for a driver. Very careless. His plate number is 3015. Ajman Taxi. I booked it only outside Ajman Lulu around 10pm-10:30pm Friday August 13 2023.

I took a ride on 15th July 2023 from Etisalat contact center Ajman at 5.04pm he harassed me and threatened me the whole time that he will take me to his place if I wouldn’t say yes to him I made several complaints but I didn’t received any response he dropped me at the backside of DIB Sharjah Al-qasmia at 5.30 to 5.35pm that whole time I got so traumatized because I got scared I don’t want any of the female to face this situation his car number was 4367 Sahib Ullah, wearing yellowish shirt might be the uniform of taxi driver he was bald wearing a wig and fat as well. He told me during the trip that he is from Peshawar Pakistan,please look into the matter.
