want to complain against “City Mall App” which is totally fraud, once you have order things firstly is comes damaged and with erased details like manufacturing date and expiry date price and all so you can’t know whether tha product is still edible or expired, secondly when i tried to return it, it just shows your return has been approved but no one come to pick it up and there no details of delivery man, no customer care number, whoever u call they say wrong number or the no is switched off, while in there return policy is mentioned pickup will occur the next day but it had been 4 days i raised the return request on 7 August and now it’s 11 August still no contact no help no pickup man has
came.

i ordered from smiles app many times but this they deducted my amount and never given my amount back, upon complaining on live chat, they have been telling me that they are resolving it but they never resolved

On October 29, 2023, I paid the amount due for my online order with Dryfruiton.com.
However, as of this date, they have not delivered the goods I ordered. Additionally, their website is down.
I believe they are phony, fraudulent websites that are being kept up to date on Amazon and Flipkart.com’s massive billion-day deals.
My orders of #3503 and #3507, totaling Rs.996/-, were placed on the aforementioned website. Please don’t pay them and don’t believe these fraudulent websites.
Finally, I realized that every website should be checked to see if it is authentic or not before visiting it in order to view everything.

called multiple times to phone numbner 9713471653 to which payment has been done through Gpay for INR1100 and balance through paytm app.
