i ordered from smiles app many times but this they deducted my amount and never given my amount back, upon complaining on live chat, they have been telling me that they are resolving it but they never resolved

On October 29, 2023, I paid the amount due for my online order with Dryfruiton.com.
However, as of this date, they have not delivered the goods I ordered. Additionally, their website is down.
I believe they are phony, fraudulent websites that are being kept up to date on Amazon and Flipkart.com’s massive billion-day deals.
My orders of #3503 and #3507, totaling Rs.996/-, were placed on the aforementioned website. Please don’t pay them and don’t believe these fraudulent websites.
Finally, I realized that every website should be checked to see if it is authentic or not before visiting it in order to view everything.

fraudster posed himself as online dry fruit seller and took money of INR 8800. insisting to deposit 8800 again to refund the amount.
called multiple times to phone numbner 9713471653 to which payment has been done through Gpay for INR1100 and balance through paytm app.
