I spent a month and a half in Colive. I gave notice of my intention to vacate Colive one month in advance. They refused to refund my security deposit and now demand that I pay additional fees or face legal action. I received a letter from Colive regarding raising the notice promptly.

Azizi Developments – delay in project handover

Hello everyone,
I’d like to share some concerns regarding AZIZI Developer’s project handover delays. Opting for off-plan purchases with them seems to be a poor choice due to these delays. It’s baffling how their projects appear ready yet remain unhandovered. There’s speculation that the management and administration might be deceiving the owner of AZIZI himself, as the team appears to work against the developer’s interests. Despite buildings being ready, there’s a reluctance to hand over units to investors.
It’s evident that AZIZI sales managers prioritize their own gains, at the expense of both owners and investors. Delays seem intentional, and customer care is unresponsive to inquiries. For anyone considering investment, I strongly advise against buying from AZIZI. It’s crucial to inspect their projects firsthand, as exemplified by AZIZ Riviera in MBR, which commenced in 2018 with a planned mid-2019 handover. Despite most buildings being ready since 2022, as of March 1, 2024, units booked off-plan in January 2018 remain unhandovered. Customer care responses are consistently evasive, promising handovers in the next quarter or month, only to disappoint.
It’s clear that AZIZI is failing to fulfill its commitments, potentially to pressure investors into selling through their preferred brokers. Such practices are concerning, and I strongly advise steering clear of AZIZI to avoid potential scams.

I would like to bring to your attention that on September 23, I paid Sarvottam five lakh rupees as an expression of interest for a plot in their NEWOIDA project. However, within a month, I decided to cancel my expression of interest. Despite this, since October 23, Sarvottam has failed to refund the five lakh rupees I initially paid.
