This company advertised on Instagram, offering a discounted promotional price of 899/- for a pair of new Cargo pants, which I ordered using Cash on Delivery terms. The package arrived on a weekday when no one in my family was home, so I had to receive it at the security gate and paid the amount via UPI to the courier person. Later that evening, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a second-hand used pair of jeans, and not even in a condition worth giving to our house help. I urge Instagram to identify and prevent such fraudulent companies from deceiving honest customers.

I purchased a one-piece dress, but instead, I received a black oversized tee that doesn’t fit me. I am requesting a refund and the correct one-piece dress to be delivered within 3-4 days. I placed an order for two cargo pants priced at Rs 899 on March 11, 2024. However, I received only one torn, used pant that appeared to be second-hand. I am requesting a return of the parcel and a refund of my money. The delivery partner is Amazon Shipping, and the invoice ID is DZ11M4078 dated March 11, 2024, with AWB number 340172749391.
