I ORDERED A MINI MASSAGER ON 11/09/2023 ORDER ID IS ELECTRAPY MACHINE-254, AND THE SAME WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 14/09/2023, BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, I HAVE BEEN COMPELLED TO PAY RS 3200/- FOR THE PRODUCT. BUT THE SAME IS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON AT RS 250-300, HENCE I HAVE BEEN CHEATED, AT THE TIME OF ORDER IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE ON AMAZON OR FLIP CART, HENCE I ORDERED IT ON THE PAGE ITSELF OPENED ON MY MOBILE WITHOUT CHECKING ONLINE PLATFORMS, HENCE I WAS CHEATED BY THAT MARKETING ADVERTISEMENT, NOW I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, AND REFUND OF RS.3200/- I HAVE PAID FOR IT, KINDLY HELP ME TO GET A REFUND AND RETURN THE SAME PRODUCT

Bought a kitchen island on December 10. Got no confirmation or shipping confirmation. Was charged $43.92, which should have been a red flag to me. Won’t be doing this again.

I ordered a product from ezpurchase but received a wrong product…The received product is the worst one. First time I faced a worst experience with the online Shopping.I am very disappointed with the parcel received and want my money back as soon as possible.I tried my best to return the parcel but there’s no specific response from their side.

I ordered co ord set from ezpurchase. As yesterday I received my parcel.So disappointingly I want to tell that I received a wrong product containing (jeans short and a shirt). The product I received is used. I am very disappointed with the received product. I would never suggest my costumers to look after this site. I want to return it and want my money back. Please help me with this.
