I was compelled to enroll in their course and pay the fee on August 15, 2023, when they claimed they had a Independence Day offer. I paid INR 31700 for one-on-one writing lessons.
My husband disagreed with this program after hearing about it from my daughter, who is too busy to attend any online classes. He asked that the program be canceled and my money returned within a couple of days.
I’ve called the marketing representative and sent multiple emails (Ticket #156797) to the customer support email ID, sending pre-written mass replies, but neither action has helped me find a solution to my problem.
I therefore want to voice my dissatisfaction with the Planetspark company and sales staff.

My brother has requested to arrange a class of Monday Wednesday Friday batch.. they have not done one issue
Second they don’t inform us to cancel your class today. Now we requested for refund my money that will also not initiated

I was hired by ACTE Chennai as a trainer to instruct five members in the online Tableau Server course in exchange for a payment of 25,000 after the course is complete.
After a few reminders via mail and calls, they only paid 15,000, with the remaining 10,000 remaining unpaid.
Before the course was finished, the ACTE team collected 1 Lac rupees from five members, but two months later, the ACTE finance team has still not given me my 10,000. They commit Fraud. perform a task.
