I was invited for a presentation of the companies services in arranging holidays at local and international locations. I was lured to sign up for a package of 1 lakh for 6D/7N vacations in top 4 start properties across India, for 5 years. Besides 1 dine out, 1 day out and 3 movie tickets every year. The deal was signed on 2nd March 2022. First year I availed the dine out, day out and movie passes, did not plan any vacation due to ny hectic work schedule. But had to chase the customer care team like anything to get the services
This year,in the month of March I planned vacation at sikkim for 4 nights, and had to chase them again numerous times.
Now when I am contacting them for another vacation I am not getting any reply to my mails, all the phone numbers are not reachable, and I get to know that their office at kolkata is closed
I have been duped!!!!
