I had ordered a New Cargo Pants Men’s Loose Straight [pack of 2[, but instead, I received a completely different item, which is not what I had paid for. Moreover, the condition of the pant I received is far from satisfactory, as it appears to be used and worn.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I believe this may be a case of a mix-up in the warehouse
or during shipping. However, I would like to request a return and replacement of the correct item as soon as possible.

The SOFA we bought in 2019 from Adron Interiors Pvt Ltd, Highland Park, Kolkata, came with a 5-year service warranty.
The sofa has a manufacturing defect, but Adron is refusing to make any repairs or modifications and is denying the terms of the warranty.
For more than a month, we have been pursuing the company regarding the same.

My experience with Skinssi has been quite disappointing. They led me to believe in their advertising and assured me I’d see results in just 6 sessions, even setting up a call with a dermatologist for confirmation. Sadly, I didn’t see any improvement. my attempts to reach out to your customer support team have been met with considerable frustration. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled, and it feels as though my concerns have been disregarded. Don’t fall for thier advertising, they also block people who write about their bad experiences in reviews.
