SUPER DEALS

This is a complaint against SUPER DEALS that delivered a Power Saver (with line bester appliance NOT ordered by me. The box was delivered yesterday 24th October 2023 to my residence. As I was not available my staff paid Rs 3499 for this product that was not ordered by me. Invoice no Retall 256929 did 22/10/23.
There is no customer care number to call and I want an immediate refund. It is clear from all the complaints that this company is a fraudulent company sending out substandard products at exorbitant prices to unsuspecting customers with an intent to defraud them. The Delhi Cyber cell unit shud take note of this company and take necessary action.

but very probably the address, like the phone number could be false.
Incase the product is collected and full cash refund made, the matter can de settled. Failing which
action will be taken against this company and its owners.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,

I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.

My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.

I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
