Flipkart Got defective product

I recently ordered a front load washing machine from Flipkart, and I was incredibly disappointed to find that the product was defective. Upon delivery, I thought the issue might be a design choice, but during the product installation, the installation engineer confirmed that the machine was indeed defective.

I immediately contacted Flipkart customer service to request a replacement or refund, and they offered me refund initially. However, after keeping me in loop for ** days after delivery, they have now denied me both refund and return. I am appalled by Flipkart’s lack of customer service and their willingness to sell defective products to their customers.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,

I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.

My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.

I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
