Ouch cart boasts of selling Mango wood furniture in white and walnut colour, product is White coloured stool for living room, I placed an order, was eagerly waiting for it to arrive, untill on Diwali day, DTDC person has delivered me a crumbled cartoon, which raised suspicion in my mind, I shot the video of unboxing and was shocked to see a broken top table inside. I followed up with me Atif the owner, who assured to refund the amount, but despite several mails there is no follow up from the other end and Mr Atif has switched off his number.
