I had ordered groceries from Blinkit on 20 november at 2 pm. The amount was for 412 rupees Cash on delivery. But due to busy mind i couldnot remind of the exact money and asked the blinkit guy about the amount. I heard 492, told him i am paying 492 and paid from PhonePe. The guy left without even checking the paid confirmation. After sometime, I checked i paid 80 rupees extra. Since then, I am trying to contact blinkit (where only chat option is available); spoke with Roshni, Maddila, Gururaj, Arshiya, Wafi, Mihir and so on. Everytime I explain my problem, they connect with delivery guy, he assures them he will come at my address in next 5 mins and they close chat. I am so pissed at their services. Their delivering partner is a cheater and so are they. No one has come yet. The amount may be less, i admit i should not have trusted delivery guy for amount and would have checked bill by myself, but now I am being HARRESSED. This kind of service is pathetic. I need apologies for my time waste and my money refunded.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,

I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.

My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.

I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
