Paytm Order Id – XX 0059 GOETC – My experience with them has been disheartening. Initially, they requested a payment of around 1800 for a 3-month car cleaning service. However, despite the payment, they failed to fulfill the service and neglected to refund my money. Their unresponsiveness to my messages and calls has added to the frustration. Goetc is a deceptive and fraudulent company. I paid Rs. 1950 for a 3-month subscription for doorstep car cleaning, only to unravel a series of deceitful practices:

They failed to show up for the cleaning on the agreed-upon date.
Despite attempting to contact them through various channels such as WhatsApp, customer care (1800), office number (080..), and Instagram, I received no response for four days.
Eventually, they apologized and agreed to refund my money.
After two days of persistent follow-up, they claimed to have “initiated” the refund process, citing a 10-business day timeline.
Post the 10-business day period, my attempts to reach them through all available channels yielded neither a response nor the refunded money.
A WhatsApp message later assured me that my money would be refunded on or before November 17. However, despite continued efforts on my part, I have not received any response or refund as of yesterday.
