Hy sir i ordered 3 suits(complete with plazzo and duppatta) of price 599 with 41 delivery charges all sum 640 and sir when i open parcel only two kurta(not duppatta no plazo) of baby was there. Please return or refund my money from company. Please sir they fraud me and ekart service boy deliver the parcel, I speak him to take back but he argue to pay him and do online return policy. He take money and go and later i check the number provided on parcel is not working and inlibe email also no reply. Email of them is insurancelearner@gmail.com. Your help n support will be very appreciated please help to refund and return back the parcel.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,

I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.

My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.

I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
