Prepaid order for two products worth Rs. 2198 was done on 10th Sep. 2023 and I have not yet received the products. Its a fake company. The girl who runs the business is fake and fraud. I have chased her so many times. She as time to post on instagram but not to reply to the customer. PLEASE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. CHECK HER POSTS, THE COMMENTS SECTION IS OFF. She is giving buy 1 get 1 offer just to receive money. I am trying to spread awareness about their fraudulent business practices, ensuring that others do not fall victim to their fake and scandalous operations.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,
I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.
My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.
I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
