I ordered a product from ezpurchase but received a wrong product…The received product is the worst one. First time I faced a worst experience with the online Shopping.I am very disappointed with the parcel received and want my money back as soon as possible.I tried my best to return the parcel but there’s no specific response from their side.

I ordered co ord set from ezpurchase. As yesterday I received my parcel.So disappointingly I want to tell that I received a wrong product containing (jeans short and a shirt). The product I received is used. I am very disappointed with the received product. I would never suggest my costumers to look after this site. I want to return it and want my money back. Please help me with this.

They said to create account first after that the said to recharge and after that they said I want to purchase product so They said to do more recharge to complete the task and after that they ask me for more money when I didn’t give him they blocked me and can’t give my money back they freeze all money today please help me I lost my 30000 rupees
