I ordered a blouse but got different from what I ordered and Now they are denying to accept the product. Meesho is doing Fraud by sending wrong products to customer and when return request is raised stating wrong product It’s getting rejected and telling that we have sent a correct product shipment team has confirmed that correct product has been sent. So we can’t give you exchange or you can not return the product. Supervisor says this is a rare case which happens but we can not do anything for this. I tried alot to contact their customer care but the are so Disgusting no one is helping worst experience and app ever Don’t waste you hard earned money on such fraud app pay attention to other trust able app like ajio, myntra,amazon

This company advertised on Instagram, offering a discounted promotional price of 899/- for a pair of new Cargo pants, which I ordered using Cash on Delivery terms. The package arrived on a weekday when no one in my family was home, so I had to receive it at the security gate and paid the amount via UPI to the courier person. Later that evening, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find a second-hand used pair of jeans, and not even in a condition worth giving to our house help. I urge Instagram to identify and prevent such fraudulent companies from deceiving honest customers.

I purchased a one-piece dress, but instead, I received a black oversized tee that doesn’t fit me. I am requesting a refund and the correct one-piece dress to be delivered within 3-4 days.
