Excitel – Not Returning Security Deposit

I am pre existing customer to Excitel company and I disconnect this network and returned the device on 16th Sep 2023. The company promised to refund my security deposit (2000) after 90days But till date there is no refund recivid from the network provider.
I raised a ticket Ticket num:67362746 and requested for my refund update even after 50+ calls and Follow ups, no result. This means that they are doing fraud, mentally I depressed with network provider. I could see this is not happening only to me they are cheating lot of people on behalf of all I requesting to take an action on it. I believe in our law and justice please take an appropriate decisions to keep people believes that we will get justice in India for any type of issue.

This brand advertised the sale of 3 suits for INR999, only to deliver the wrong items. It’s extremely disappointing – the clothing doesn’t even come close to what I had ordered. Instead, I received 2 kurtis that are torn in several places and fall far short of the promised quality.

Hi,
I’m Chakradhar Bhasuru. I placed an order for cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-shirts for men. However, the product I received on 25-02-2024 was different from what I ordered, and it was of very poor quality.
My order ID is GDL50498, and the courier supplier was Ekart Logistic.
I attempted to initiate a return process, but I couldn’t find any option for returns or customer support on the website, despite it claiming to have a free return policy. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and arrange for the return and refund of the Rs. 999/- that I paid upon delivery.

I’m uncertain if this is the correct website from which I ordered a tool set. I received a confirmation email promptly after placing my order, along with a tracking number. Throughout almost all of February, I diligently checked the tracking status of my order. According to the tracking site, the package was marked as delivered. I promptly contacted the company via email, informing them that I had not received the package. I refrained from requesting a refund, assuming they would assist in locating the package. However, their response indicated that the package may be lost, and they promptly issued a refund. It seems that I will no longer consider ordering items originating from China in the future.
